Everyone who registers for an event starts on the waiting list. When we have at least 6 men and 6 women registered for an event, we begin e-mailing Confirmations. Once a Confirmation e-mail has been sent, your credit card will be charged and refunds are not available. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL WE SEND AN E-MAIL CONFIRMING YOUR ADMISSION INTO THE EVENT. BECAUSE SENT EMAILS ARE NOT ALWAYS RECEIVED, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LOG IN TO www.GreatFellowship.com AND CHECK YOUR EVENT STATUS. Because customers may register up to the day of the event, we reserve the right to immediately confirm you for the event and charge your credit card. If you are unable to attend, it is your responsibility to log in to www.GreatFellowship.com and cancel your registration BEFORE you are Confirmed. If you register within 24 hours of an event, we reserve the right to Confirm you and charge your credit card if a space is available. Tickets are non-transferable because each membership creates a unique user name and email address.

SALT Consulting, LLC. Makes no effort on its own to screen the backgrounds or qualifications of any registrants or attendees at its events. The optional service Rely-Id, offered through BackGroundChecks.com does perform back ground checks on those who have chosen to use their service, however there is no guarantee made or implied about the safety of attending a Great Fellowship event or the safety of interacting with any attendee. SALT Consulting, LLC. DBA Great Fellowship is held completely harmless and each Attendee agrees to release Great Fellowship and its owners along with Event Organizers and their Assistants from any claims arising from actions by any participant at a Great Fellowship event. Each attendee assumes full responsibility, and holds SALT Consulting, LLC. Harmless against any damages resulting from any contact with individuals, the venue where the event takes place, or our web site, during or after SALT Consulting sponsored activities. In addition, at Great Fellowship events, Event Organizers and their Assistants may be Independent Contractors. Attendee agrees to release SALT Consulting from any claims arising from actions taken by Event Organizers, Event Assistants, or the Venue in which the event takes place. Customer agrees that for co-sponsored events some of their personal information may be shared with the co-sponsor. GREAT FELLOWSHIP reserves the right to permit personnel to photograph or videotape events, and to use those images for media or promotional purposes. Participants assume the responsibility to inform camera-persons should they desire not to be included in such coverage. Thank you for registering for a Great Fellowship event!
